Our dedicated team of three physicians, a nurse practitioner, medical assistants and support staff work together to provide high-quality, comprehensive health care. We treat all of our patients as we would a member of our own family, with careful consideration, compassion and respect.
Trained and board-certified in family medicine, our physicians and nurse practitioners provide high-quality treatment for a wide array of health care needs. At Family Practice Associates, we have embraced the expanding role of technology in quantifying evidenced-based, quality patient care. Each patient has a personalized, electronic health record (EHR). This cutting-edge, integrated EHR system is a tool that allows us to track quality as it relates to preventative care and disease management. The EHR is HIPPA compliant and all patient records are completely secure and confidential.
