Provider Bios

Brad Anderson, M.D.

A family physician for more than 20 years, Dr. Anderson joined Family Practice Associates in 1999 after practicing for 11 years in Minnesota. He graduated from Wheaton College in Illinois with a B.A. in Biblical Studies. He received his medical degree from the University of Illinois in Chicago. He completed his residency training in family medicine at one of the nation’s first family medicine programs -- The McNeal Family Practice Residency Program in Berwyn, Il. After completing his residency training, Dr. Anderson served as the program’s Chief Resident.

Dr. Anderson is board-certified in family medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Colorado Medical Society and the Boulder Medical Society.

Dr. Anderson’s philosophy of patient care centers on creating a partnership with his patients to make informed choices about their medical care. He strives to listen to all his patients in a serious and compassionate manner as he works with them to chart their course to better health.  While Dr. Anderson provides medical care for people of all ages, he has a special interest in adult and geriatric health.

Dr. Anderson has been married for 29 years and has two teenage children. In his spare time, he enjoys piano, camping, hiking, amateur astronomy, biking, basketball and skiing.
