Shannon Christopher, FNP-C, will be resigning from Family Practice Associates, PC, on July 20, 2018. She is moving to Colorado Springs, CO, with her family and won’t immediately be practicing. She's been a wonderful provider and will be surely missed by both patients and staff.

Your care will remain in good hands at FPA with our other providers: Pamela Abrams, MD, Laura Bland, PA-C, and Jeff Mandl, FNP-C. We'll continue to provide continuity of care for your medical conditions, prescriptions, referrals or other needs you may have. You have a choice as to who will provide your medical care whether that be FPA or another practice. Your medical records will continue to be stored in our office and released as appropriate.

Shannon wants to convey that it's been a great privilege caring for you and your family!
